Guru Nanak Dev Ji (1469-1539)

Guru Nanak Dev Ji was the founder of Sikhism. He travelled much around the world to spread the message of God. He spread the message of equality of humanity and to love each other. He opposed ritualism and fake religions. He preached that all are equal before God. In the painting, there are two companions with him. Left side, Bhai Mardana (A Muslim), right side Bhai Bala (A Hindu). He was honoured by all the religious saints and people. He was succeeded by nine Sikh Gurus in human form who continued his mission.
